Having made our way to the finish line some time later, I start to notice things. Inspiring things. Motivating things. Things that were I to view in a passing car I would laugh out loud about. Instead, I am on the side lines, not sidelined but in my position to partake in this ancient tradition. Victor and Welcoming Party. Hero and Adoring Crowd. Champion and Those Championed. I am moved at what I see…

BOOK: Principle-Centered Leadership by Stephen Covey

The applications in Principle-Centered Leadership are huge for sparking your relationships at work, ignite your organizations, or, in the industry that could use it quite a bit, explode our humanitarian efforts in Haiti!
